CANAN USTAOŠLU
A graduate of Marmara University Fine Arts Academy, Canan Ustaošlu was raised in the studios of master artists Ergin Żnan and Hüsamettin Koçan. Her works have been presented various art festivals and group shows in California. She is a regular art critic contributor to the magazine Artist Actual in Turkey. Canan Ustaošlu creates visual games using regular forms that do not exist in nature, namely the square, and produce dialogues between the natural and the unnatural or even double behaviors that our societies force us to possess.
